INDIVIDUAL DENTAL
Delta Dental has two PPO plans, the Enhanced plan is $46.42/month for one, $91.34/month for two, $144.70/month for three or more. The Classic Plan is $38.15 for one, $73.25/month for two, $115.49/month for three or more. This application is done online and requires a credit card. Please contact Tammy in our office to apply.
BCBS also has a PPO plan, most people pick plan 6. BCBS is done via paper application and they bill you each month. If you want the BCBS dental, please contact Tammy to enroll.
TDA offers a dental HMO. This is the cheapest plan BUT requires you to pick a plan on the list and use that dentist. If you want to enroll, please contact Tammy.

ONEplus Individual Dental & Vision offers four PPO plans to choose from including, Increasing Max, Ultimate Max, Preventative/Basic and Cleaning Plus Vision.
